MAJESTIC INN & SPA
Acquired Oct. 2010 as a hotel with an operating loss for several years.
Turned around operations in 6 mos, then succeeded in turning a profit in YR1.
Embarked on a $4M reno and expansion in Oct. 2012.
Secured Debt with local lender upon completion.
Expanded the hotel key count by 12 again in 2022 due to increased demand, bringing the total count to 65 rooms.
HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS INDIO
Project started in 2006, got financing secured in Jan 2013 and broke ground in April 2013.
$9.0M project completed construction in March 2014.
1st new hotel project in the City of Indio in over 20 years.
Quickly gained market share and customer loyalty, climbing to Tripadvisor ranking #3 in Indio in 3 months after opening.
COHO OCEANFRONT LODGE
Completed expansion and renovation in March 2009.
Blitzed a marketing campaign upon completion of renovation and expansion.
Project completed on time and budget.
Post-reno RevPAR in 2013 doubled that of ‘08 prior to renovation.
Today, recognized as one of the best on the Oregon Coast.
